This paper mainly deals with risks management in supply chain planning and control. The primary objective of this paper is to illustrate how the industries can analyse and assess the risks associated with supply chain planning and control. To fulfil customer requirements organisations need to improve their supply chain system by eliminating risks associated to it by using appropriate tools and techniques. For the successful supply chain management, industries must focus on risks as a tool to achieve their goals. A comparative analysis of various risks mitigations reduces the chance of occurrence of failures in determinants i.e., disruption, deviation and disasters has been analysed in this study. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the risk mitigations and find out the best alternative in traditional, agile and green supply chain by the application of analytical network process (ANP) by comparing the results with analytical hierarchy process (AHP).
