Abstract:

This study is aimed to identify the factors that lead to choose a specific style of conflict management by determining the relationship between individual‐social factors and conflict management styles in an empirical case. Population of this research includes of 436 employees and managers which 205 were selected as samples. The required data was collected through questionnaires. For face and content validity of the questionnaire, expert opinions were used and for reliability of the questionnaire also Cronbach's alpha was confirmed. Collected data were analysed by SPSS19 and AMOS16. The results of this analysis also indicate a positive and direct relationship between individual‐social factors and conflict management styles. While the relation between individual‐social factors and avoidant style also was not confirmed.
