New service concepts have recently emerged in various industries such as the software industry and the manufacturing industry. Although the revenue management of those emerging services is essential, a general approach to analyze and develop revenue models in these areas has not been thoroughly discussed. In this study, we propose a methodology to correlate service design methods and revenue management for the development of revenue models for emerging services. We use a revenue management network to illustrate a general and systematic approach to develop revenue models on the basis of the designed service models.
