This paper examines systems integration for revenue creating control processes (RCCP) in the airline industry, which is of significance for enhanced control of revenue and cost quantities. More specifically, the paper gives an overview of the airline business processes, and looks at different aspects of systems integration such as the functional aspect and the technological aspect. Then it examines partial integration of the RCCP; that is, integration of revenue management and pricing, and integration of revenue management and fleet assignment, based on current techniques. It also examines the technological aspect of systems integration. Finally, it applies multiagent system technology for integrating RCCP.
