Written in response to an article by Richard Weiss carried in the same issue [above], this article makes a case for the relevance of postmodernism to organization science. Provides an elementary description of what postmodernism means in general. Analyses the usefulness and delineates the limitations of the postmodernist literature in organization science in particular.
