A qualitative study of the disaggregated long-wave model

We present a contribution to the study of the disaggregated economic long-wave model introduced by Kampmann et al. and Haxholdt et al. This model includes two capital producing sectors that separately develop a self-sustained cyclical motion. However, just one cyclical mode is observed because of the interaction between sectors. Our work concerns the analytical study of this model in two specially relevant situations. Results obtained by simulations in other works are verified.
