The purpose of this paper is to present quantitative evaluation methodology for qualitative words. When developing or improving some instructional system, usually a questionnaire with rating scales is used. It is important to measure and to analyze quantitative evaluation for words which express degrees in order to construct adequate rating scales. In this paper, these scales are constructed by using average rating scores of individual items and ordering sequences among qualitative words on the Semantic Structure Graph. First, this paper presents a measurement method for quantitative words. Second, a Semantic Structure Analysis Method which is presented by one of the authors is applied to evaluate qualitative words. Last, this paper discusses effectiveness of this method. [In Japanese.]
