Abstract:

An interactive strategy is a plan for how to conduct an interaction with another party. It is ‘interactive’ because it incorporates the expectation of being altered in response to the other party’s actions or communications, as well as altering them. The concept of an interactive strategy is applicable to organizations as well as individuals. Organizations interact with each other and with individuals.
