Numerical solutions of Minmaxmin problems

Minmaxmin problems with coupled variables and discontinuous functions are reducible under certain conditions on the constraints to minimization of specially constructed functions. Some possible constructions and the properties of such functions are analysed. Some properties of functions representable as an integral over a variable domain are established. Applications of minmaxmin problems to the covering of bounded sets are considered.
