The authors consider the hierarchical multiobjective resource allocation problem, in which the lower level composes a multiobjective programming problem with the resource allocation parameter and generates a parametric noninferior solution set, and the upper lever chooses an optimal resource allocation parameter and the best solution among the corresponding noninferior solutions for the lower level. By adopting the hybrid technique, which is a new scalarization technique for the multiobjective program, a new computational method is proposed to the above mentioned problem. In this method, the parametric multiobjective programming problem in the lower level is transformed to the equivalent scalarized problem with no assumptions, and then the considered problem is converted into a solvable ordinary nonlinear programming problem unconcerned in the optimal valued function of the lower level which generally is nondifferentiable.
