An approach of organizational performance evaluation model and its computing algorithm is proposed in this paper. The proposed model includes the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to determine the weights of evaluation. Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) is then performed to rank the organization performance of hospitals. The FHGRA based decision-making method can provide decision makers a valuable reference for evaluating organizational performance. Importantly, the proposed model can assist the decision-making to assess the organizational performance, making it highly applicable for academia and commercial purposes.
