Abstract:

There are four main banking business sectors in Taiwan, involving the areas of con1 sumer, corporate, wealth management, and investment banking. The wealth management banking sector is actively promoted for reaping a risk–free premium. This study applies the Balanced Scorecard methodology to build a framework for wealth management banking. Next, a framework for sub–criteria using the Delphi method has been established. Finally, the organizational business performance of wealth management banks in Taiwan is evaluated by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Importantly, the proposed model can benefit the banking sector in assessing the organizational business performance of wealth management banks, making it highly applicable for bank administrators and financial sector analysts.
