In this paper, sources of variation which cause quality problems are determined and Taguchi method which has an ability to optimize of quality characteristics and has been applied quite often in the developed and developing countries industrial applications, is applied in order to solve multiple response problems. In order to prove the improvement and efficiency of the method, an industrial application in automotive sector has been carried out. At the beginning, we propose an algorithm which is based on Taguchi method and can optimize multiresponse problems. After that an industrial quality problem has been designed and solved with multiresponse optimization approach. At the last section of the study, results of the application have been criticized and discussed.
