In order to make the weight factors in fuzzy evaluation accord with the observations, a neural network is applied. The network is trained using the improved back propagation algorithm, which can get better efficiency and effect. At last, the performance evaluation of hydraulic drill machine is applied to validate the correctness of the proposed algorithm.
