DSS “Veche” is developed to support the collective activity in problem solution of several key persons of an organization. “Veche” is oriented to an environment with a single Decision Maker (DM), who has ultimate responsibility for the decision's consequences. It uses only psychologically correct approaches to elicit information both from the DM and the participants in a problem solving process. The results obtained help a DM to look at the problem critically and to hunt down his/her preferences, as well as to find out non-standard outcomes for situations that seem to be a deadlock.
