To solve the interfering factors taken place in the GI/M/1 queueing systems, the GI/M/1 queueing systems with negative customers and vacations are studied based on the Matrix-Geometric solutions method proposed by Neuts. The server rules are First Come First Served, exhaustive service and multiple vacation, and removal of customers one by one at the tail. By the Matrix-Geometric solutions method, the queue's general generating function is obtained, and a generalization is made in the end.
