Collaborative demand forecasting is used to determine the reorder point and an optimal model of multi-echelon inventory covering supply network, core enterprise and distribution network is proposed. In the suggested model, the total supply chain inventory cost is minimized by the test ordering batch being obtained and the stock level being effectively controlled while the order executing rates of all supply chain nodes are met.
