Abstract:

It is common ground that Internet cannot provide full-scale conditions for an electronic market, unless it is equipped with a suitable E-Payment Mechanism. This mechanism must be capable to improve the sales of goods and services being sold over the Internet, as well as to measure and improve the quality of such payments in a dramatically growing electronic market. This paper analyses E-Cash using the Methodologies of Systemic Analysis, in order to reduce loss of time and money, through continuous Measurement and Improvement of Quality. New possibilities are examined and new perspectives are given with the use of E-Cash in the E-Commerce. New difficulties and problems also appear by its use. Using Systemic Methodologies, we suggest improvements, that will make E-Cash reliable, flexible and safe in the Internet Market. Continuous Measurement and Improvement of Quality of E-Cash will make it efficient and essential in everyday life.
