Abstract:

In this paper, the decision processes are hypothesized as thinking processes which change the cognition of decision-maker. The evolution of cognitive attributes of the decision-maker in the decision process is discussed. This will greatly help in understanding the thinking activities of decision-makers in the decision process, so as to give birth to systematized decision processes which can be used in practice. When the decision process which is established by the dimension of cognitive clarity, the decision-maker can find the starting point of thinking activities by organizing the subject cognition into the appropriate phase of decision processes. This approach should provide guidance for researchers in discussing decision processes as well as provide practitioners an additional criterion for ensuring decision-making success.
