Abstract:

In this study we try to make an approach to identify main factors that influence the behaviour of insurance product consumers. By analysing economical, sociological, demographic and psychological factors we define a profile of a typical Spanish insurance consumer. By using a cluster analysis we detect seven different groups of consumers in the Spanish Market.
