We introduce the results and the methods about queueing system M/M/C with vacations in this paper. Specially, we show that the conditional queue length and the waiting time, conditioned by all servers being busy under various strategies of vacations, decomposes into two independent random variables, one of them is the corresponding conditional variable in the classical system M/M/C without vacation.
