This article describes the implementation of quality control circle (QCC) in Malaysia. The advent and success of QCC in Malaysia will be discussed and an interview with the winner of the Malaysian Prime Minister Award is included as example of the successful implementation of QCC in Malaysia. The importance of QCC as one of the most effective means to improve productivity and quality cannot be over-emphasised.
