This study examines the extent to which structural and resource factors affect pharmaceutical management information flow (PMIF) in health service organizations in the eastern states of Nigeria. Fifty public and 35 private HSOs were surveyed using a composite rating scale-the Pharmaceutical Management Information Battery Scale. Based on the data, the authors conclude that each component of structural and resource factors has a substantial, significant impact on PMIF.
