The paper proposes a new RGS plan as an extension of the conditional RGS plan. An attempt has also been made to model and analyse the dynamics of the proposed inspection system through GERT approach. The OC and ASN functions of the plan have been derived and Poisson unity values have been tabulated for construction and selection of the plan.
