In the inventory replenishment system, the flow of products corresponds to the actual demand, so it is a simple and reasonable method. However, the demand volume impact is directly transfered to a factory, so the corresponding supply load on the side of the factory is large. This paper considers a supply method which satisfies the replenishing demands on the side of inventory and 3 requisites (the averaging of the total supply volume, vehicle efficiency and establishing lot units for supply volume of all products) on the side of the factory. The standard inventory is decided to satisfy the given service ratio by the convolution of demand data of each product. The relation of the service ratio to the inventory volume, and ordering cycle to the inventory volume is theoretically and numerically considered. Inventory changes according to centralization of warehouses are also considered. [In Japanese.]
