Decision Conferencing is a methodology which aims to improve the efficiency and outcomes of meetings which are called to address strategic issues. This article describes three case studies drawn from EXEL Logistics of the Decision Conferencing approach employed in a flexible way to help with difficult decisions concerning future direction of information systems development.
