Short-term feeder load forecasting analysis under a fuzzy environment

The paper presents a simple model of power load forecasting which refers to quite basic notions form the fuzzy set theory, especially in terms of fuzzy relations. The model observes usual division into the base and the deviation loads. Model description and specification is followed by presentation of an example from the Hydro-Quebec Power System. There is a gap in this short, but interesting paper between the presentation of the premises of fuzzy set theory and the description of the fuzzy contents of the model.
