Abstract:

As the analysis of environmental impact, today, is inter-disciplinary, the paper points out an effective procedure for the analysis of environmental impact as a result of the project action. This method gives decision support in different phases of planning. The procedure enables, through synthetic indicators as the ‘directing pilot values’, the fixing of the interrelation of the critical environmental conditions of the project, the between environmental classes, the impact units, the work and the parts of the work. It makes possible, therefore, not only the matrix representation of the environmental quality in the regions connected to the project, but also the selection of corrective actions directed to reduce to a minimum the damage and to improve the choice of design.
