A Mediation Information System (MIS) to support collaborative situation is proposed. Agility is composed of detection and adaptation, combined with responsiveness. Combining Service Oriented and Event Driven Architectures provides agility. The MIS is able to detect significant evolutions in the studied system. The MIS can propose workflow adaptation in a real‐time perspective.
