Abstract:

Space debris mitigation is one objective of the French Space Operations Act.

Good Practices and the STELA tool are recommended to address the compliance of disposal orbits.

For GTO the effects of dynamic perturbations are coupled and lead to resonances.

A statistical methodology is required to estimate orbital evolutions of GTO.

We compute a confidence interval to ensure the convergence of the statistical results.
