This paper presents a human space exploration strategy that uses internationally and commercially available launch vehicles (Delta, Atlas, Ariane, and Falcon).
Utilizing on‐orbit propellant resupply enables the use of these smaller, currently available launch vehicles to perform near‐term human exploration.
Using propellant resupply also has other benefits on the architecture, such as improvements in cost, reliability, and schedule.
