After defining the process structure in an original way, replication and reciprocating situations, as characteristic of production processes, are represented by means of a stochastic network. Having fixed the specific configurations, a solving method is delivered to reduce the simulation effort in presence of replications. Finally, an analysis of stochastic structures complexity is delivered in replication situations, in conjunction with an analysis of approximation limits of ending time distribution in a process.
