This paper considers linear differential games, for which a basic model is the process of pursuit of a single controllable object by another controllable object. Of course, linear differential games constitute a very special case of general differential games, but even for them the results are not trivial; moreover, they are much more effective than the corresponding generalizations to the nonlinear case.
