A big project is inserted in a three-dimensional space, in relation to variables involved: Time, Costs, Uncertainty/Risk level. These variables lead to a complex system of interrelations that follow Planning and Programming interventions. There are three basic type of interrelation: (i)Planning/Programming interrelation, (ii)Time/Costs interrelation, (iii)Estimate/Risk interrelation. In this paper, the component ‘Risk/Cost interrelation’ is proposed and analyzed, in order to manage in a realistic way the Estimate/Risk interrelation for project control.
