The planning of distribution routes is one of the main problems commonly faced by the distribution enterprise. Updated developed approach to solve this problem do not take into account their multiobjective character: the client's satisfaction with minimum cost. A new method, based on the well known ELECTRE from the European school of decision making is presented by the authors.
