ARENA mapping: An effective strategy focusing tool

ARENA is a graphical tool designed to map the business environment. Like other managerial tools such as the Gant diagram and the Pareto diagram, the ARENA provides a concise single picture of the external actors influencing the organization's value that can be used for decision making.</p><p>The paper presents the ARENA model and demonstrates its applications. Cases are described and the ARENA is compared to existing models.
