The topic of the present paper is a general convex vectorial control-approximation problem especially with inequality constraints. The underlying spaces are real reflexive Banach spaces. To the starting problem a vectorial dual problem is assigned and duality assertions are proved. As a particular case there are vectorial location problems with corresponding side conditions and duality propositions.
