In this we paper develop an optimization model of multi–plants and Supply Chain Management strategies with Lagrangian relaxation model. Optimal product reliability with minimum total cost is derived using relaxation model analysis in a Supply Chain Management multisite collaboration system. This research also considers supply policy to construct the multiechelon system dynamic simulation model of supply system, and the simulation results which probes into the variations of each product's reliability and mission capabilities.
