In this paper, a queueing model with multiple vacation and set-up time with batch arrival is considered. The generating function of steady state queue length, the Laplace–Stieltjes Transform of waiting time and their stochastic decompositions are derived. And the busy period, the whole vacation period and the on-period of model are analysed.
