Abstract:

The author of this article tries to combine Fuzzy Optimization Programming with dynamic planning optima theory. The theme expands the theory of one dimensional fuzzy dynamic planning to multi-dimension and builds the model. When solving the multi-stage decision problem, this theme adopts GA and combines with fuzzy dynamic programming to ensure the integrated optima. This theme adopts the method of synthesizing the subjective and objective weighted method. This kind of method synthesized the characters of the reasonable and precision. We have testified the practicability and efficiency of the model. And this method can provide a new way to research and practice the resources allocation.
