A study on the assessment level of experts based on linguistic assessment matrices

With respect to the problem of assessment level of experts based on the linguistic assessment matrixes, in this paper, an analytic method is proposed. Firstly, the concepts of linguistic assessment matrix and the consensus definition between two linguistic values are introduced. Then, based on defining the consistency index of each expert on each alternative and the consistency index of each expert on each index, a judgment approach to each expert's assessment level and the analytic approach to group experts' judgment consistency based on the linguistic assessment information are given. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the proposed approach.
