Evaluation algorithm based on interval mark and its realization

This paper presents an evaluation algorithm based on each index whose different familiarity degree experts have. The algorithm gives the length of the marking interval, which reflects the experts' familiarity degree to marking targets. We define addition, subtraction, multiplication and the concept of interval value to solve the problem that the interval cannot perform the task directly. In the end we give its detailed steps and an example.
