Firstly, according to the properties of human judgement thinking a standard of ordinal consistency for Fuzzy Judgement Matrix is defined. The paper studies the matrix's derivational matrix and adjusts the primary matrix according to the derivational matrix until it satisfies the ordinal consistency. Finally, the method is illustrated by a numerical example.
