Equilibrium problems for dynamic traffic network with additional path flow constraints

We considered the problem of dynamic traffic network equilibrium with additional path flow constraints, which the path flows are defined in an abstract space. The additional constraints are treated as new adding road costs and variational inequalities expression for the Wardrop user equilibrium are given. Basing upon the results, we can develop a new equilibrium algorithm for the traffic flows. Moreover, the capacity constraints, which is more closed to the reality, are also considered.
