Abstract:

Transportation cost is a important part of supply chain total cost, its number lies on not only the site of the transportation starting and ending but also transportation corporation, transportation manner, transportation route, vehicle and goods. The influence of various factors on transportation cost is not considered in the supply chain optimization model. This paper analyzes the character of this supply chain with manufacturer core, and shapes the frame of this supply chain. The cost of raw materials supply and transportation, products manufacture, transportation and distribution in this supply chain is analyzed. Considering the restriction of supplier supply capacity, transportation corporation capacity, seller requirement, and the effect of various factors in transportation, we form the non-linear optimization model about this supply chain and illustrate this model use.
