Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique (GERT) originally introduced for systems analysis and design has been applied here to model the dynamics of the chain sampling plan ChSP-(0,1). The expression for the OC and ASN functions of the plan are derived and illustrated numerically. Lastly, Poisson unity values have been tabulated to facilitate the operation and construction of the plan introducing ASN as a new characteristic.
