An optimization model was proposed to integrate operation decisions of distribution center by taking into account both the transportation and inventory cost of distribution centre and customers. According to the analysis of this method and decoupling-iteration and two-echelon optimization respectively, the origin model can be transformed into the corresponding sub-models, which can be solved by some available algorithms. Two different main algorithms are then given to make these available algorithms work together.
