In this paper, the solution of the Cyprus conflict, which is important for both local and global peace, is sought by considering the benefits gained and the costs of the losses of Turkey side. To study the conflict, we use the Analytic Network Process (ANP) which is a scientific way to consider the entire complexity, interdependencies, and feedback among the factors. After finding the priorities of alternative actions that are possible and testing for their stability to potentially positive opportunities and to negative risky influences, the best alternative is determined for Turkey side.
