Process flow scheduling is a type of scheduling system which uses the process structure to guide scheduling calculations. This system is illustrated with examples from Eastman Kodak Company and Coors Brewing Company. Both companies combine forward- and reverse-flow scheduling techniques into mixed flow scheduling systems.
