This paper deals with the analysis of an infinite capacity Markovian queueing model with number of heterogeneous channels depending on system size. The model consists of one regular channel and a maximum of c additional channels. By defining generating function and using the properties of Bessel functions, the transient probabilities and hence steady state results are derived.
